Thank you for this newsletter! I really needed it yesterday when I read it. I just finished updating my TO DO list AKA adding more things to it when I read:
Our busy lives create a need to task and check off, task and check off with no time to breath, and look around us. This reminded me how important it is that even 5 minutes every day of breath work, meditation, Reiki, or just being still in our favorite place, can make a difference to how our day will present itself. Just 5 minutes (longer if you choose, of course).
Sometimes I just need a gentle reminder to ground myself again and I am thankful for your email <3
