Here at Nikoe Natural Therapies we are honoring heart opening love more than ever before. Our animals are calling us to connect with them, and giving our animals a voice through meditation is one wonderful way to experience them.
How do they communicate with us?
They will connect through any one of your senses; a vision, a feeling, a 
knowing, a word……When I first began communicating I struggled with receiving, I would look at the animal and tell them I wasn’t able to connect and could they find another way – sure enough, they were always so patient and eventually, when I was able to stop trying and be present with them in the moment, the receiving began and I am so grateful that I asked them to help me be better at sharing life through their eyes.
How do you meditate with your animal companion?
Find a quiet place to sit where your animal companion can join you. You can be outside with farm animals – or connect from inside your home with a picture or a visual in your mind’s eye. If your animal companions are In Spirit, sit with a picture or an item that had when here on Earth. Once you have settled in to a seated position, become present and comfortable. As you relax……. breathe and open your heart…… your animals will choose how they would like to interact with you. Simply allow and observe……
We will all be in meditation together, and so the energy will be wonderful, loving and open to connection. This will be a guided experience, so if you are new to meditation, this takes the mystery out and gives you something to follow. Witness how your animals interact without attachment.
What to expect from this time together
This is a fun opportunity to take time for you, with your animals and enjoy them in a different way. Your animals always appreciate and enjoy meditation time because it brings you to a place of balance and breath. It creates space for you to be present, a place where our animals reside all the time. This sacred time together will connect you heart to heart with your animal companions for them to show you how they will share emotions, messages, or inspiration with you. Honesty, have no expectation and enjoy the wonderment of the mystery.
These animals can create an array of surprises AND the unexpected gift of a profound message. Let’s honor them and give their voice an opportunity to be heard.

Bring: pictures, a journal, and items for creating a sacred space in your own home (crystals, feathers, pictures, flowers, plants) – we will create this together. Dress comfortably and be in a space where you will be able to meditate.
